1. What we collect

When you purchase, we (via our payment processor, Stripe) collect your name, email address, and payment information. We never see or store your full card number - Stripe handles that directly. When you email support, we receive whatever you include in that email.

2. Advertising and analytics

We use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure the performance of our advertising and understand which ads led to a purchase. This may involve Meta placing a cookie in your browser, and sharing limited purchase-event information (such as the fact that a purchase occurred and its value) with Meta, including a hashed (not plain-text) version of your email address for ad-matching purposes where applicable.

We also use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use this site - for example, which pages are viewed and whether someone started checkout - which may involve Google placing a cookie in your browser. This is aggregate usage data, not the payment or contact information described in Section 1.

We also use Microsoft Clarity to record how visitors interact with this page - clicks, scrolling, and cursor movement - so we can find and fix parts of the page that aren't working well. This does not include anything you type into the ROI calculator or the toolkit itself, which runs entirely in your browser and is never transmitted anywhere (see the toolkit's own page for details). Clarity may involve Microsoft placing a cookie in your browser.

You can control ad personalization through your own Meta/Facebook account settings, opt out of Google Analytics using tools such as the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, opt out of Clarity tracking via Microsoft's own controls, and most browsers let you block or clear cookies at any time.

3. How we use your information

We do not sell your information to third parties.

4. Who we share data with

Stripe (payment processing), Resend (transactional email delivery), Meta and Microsoft (advertising measurement and page-interaction analytics, as described above) - each processes data on our behalf or as an independent controller under their own privacy/security terms. We do not share your information with data brokers.

5. Data retention

Transaction records are retained as required for our own accounting and tax obligations. Support email correspondence is retained as long as reasonably useful for support history, then deleted.

6. Your rights

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or request its deletion (subject to what we're legally required to retain, e.g. transaction records for tax purposes), by emailing [email protected].
